She and her husband Bill are parents of four adult children and make their home in Clarkston, Michigan.
Kara S. McCoy, MA, MS, and a doctoral candidate in Clinical Psychology, is an ordained minister, full-time evangelist, counselor with the Center for Apostolic Counseling, and a board member of the International Association of Apostolic Educators. Kara and her husband Thomas reside in Houston, Texas. They have one adult daughter and a zillion pets.
